Microbiological sampling at our UKAS accredited laboratory
Following a Water Hygiene Legionella Risk Assessment, a control regime is implemented onsite. A sampling regime is a way to ensure all control measures are effective or to ensure a system is not contaminated following a lapse in the control measures.
As well as complementing a planned preventative control regime, we can tailor sampling packages to meet your specific requirements:
One off mains water/drinking water services.
Domestic hot and cold water services.
Legionella monitoring.
Cooling tower management.
Spar pool or hot tub sampling regimes.
Mains chlorination pre connection sampling.
Post chlorination sampling.
NRB & SRB.
Rather than a site visit from one of our engineers, we also offer a service where we send you a sample bottle, along with instructions on how to take the sample and arrange collection from your site.
Instructions
Step 1 - Contact us via our contacts tab on our main menu.
Step 2 - We send you the appropriate package including labels, sample bottles and some simple instructions.
Step 3 - Follow the instructions provided and take the sample.
Step 4 - Place the bottles and the analysis request form in the bag provided.
Step 5 - Contact us to arrange courier collection from your site.
Once our UKAS accredited laboratory has analysed your sample, we will forward you a bacteriological certificate with the results with any recommendations required for further action.
